Job Description	Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Produce expected performance measures including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals and other statistical measures Create reports, documentation and scoring code as part of the analysis process. Implement appropriate quality control procedures for analysis, reporting and scoring. Develope and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality Audit statistical analysis for accuracy
Desired Skills	Strong background in statistical concepts: Regression analysis, Classification & Hypothesis testing, Estimation, Probability, Time Series, Non-Parametric statistics, Computational Bayesian analysis, Factoring, Clustering, Decision trees, Multivariate Procedures, A/B testing and experimental design. Knowledge of various data types: Relational, Dimensional and unstructured. Knowledge of segmentation and modeling solutions Knowledge of R statistical models, statistical packages like PSPP/SPSS/MATLAB. Having experience in Advance Excel and database Strong written and oral communication skills Goal achievers & positive thinking.
